Kartekeya is the E47 spectral coprocessor for V₂⊗³. This lab runs the exact finite algebra: selector K = (C−6I)(C−30I), kernel rank 47, coherence fraction 47/125, and the Richardson filter that contracts every off-kernel mode by 15/17 per step.

Construct

V = V₂⊗³, dim 125. Total Casimir C = J_tot² has spectrum {0, 2, 6, 12, 20, 30, 42}. The selector annihilates J = 2 and J = 5, leaving E₄₇ = E₆ ⊕ E₃₀. Discrete dynamics Γ_ε = I − ε K² with ε* = 1/99144 is strictly contractive on the complement: ‖Γⁿ − P₄₇‖ = (15/17)ⁿ.
